The Company :

• Local Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong is looking for General Manager (總幹事) – with details as follows :

The Job :

• Daily operation : manage daily affairs and operation of the Chamber of Commerce, including but not limited to membership recruitment and services, conference and event coordination and organization, brand promotion, etc.
• Member relationship : build & enhance good relationship between the chamber of commerce and members, understanding members' needs, and providing support and services.
• Communication with external parties : communicate with external agencies/groups such as governments, institutions, and enterprises...etc to promote cooperation
• Event planning : plan & implement events and activities to enhance the brand awareness of the chamber of commerce, including large-scale activities such as summit forums, corporate visits, etc.
• Degree holder
• 5+ years management experience in chamber of commerce or similar organizations
• Must have extensive experience in planning large-scale events.
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication skills and official document writing skills.
• Have academic background or work experience in public relations, media, journalism, etc.
• Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• 5 days work
