About the team
The Hong Kong Human Resources Section is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management across the Hong Kong office.
Role requirements
- Provide administrative support and champion training programs for employee development
- Support learning and development projects from planning, organizing, promoting to evaluating the effectiveness with data analysis and reporting
- Plan and execute the learning and development calendar, including logistics and communication with participants
- Oversee, compile and track the progress of online learning programs
- Manage and maintain accurate records of training activities on LMS
- Work closely with different teams, departments and vendors
Essential Functions

- Client-focused, strong interpersonal and communication skills with basic advisory skills
- Well organized, highly attentive to details and good problem solving skills
- Good time management, self-motivated and reliable
- Innovative and can bring new ideas to the team
- Excellent team player
Work experience, education and skills
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related disciplines.
- 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience
- Proficient in computer skills with good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Knowledge in LMS and video production is an advantage
