Job Description
What you will be doing?
- Work closely with Korea headquarter and 3PL to manage daily operations of official website and third-party marketplaces including but not limited to product listing, pricing, promotion, order management and fulfilment, and inventory monitoring, etc.;
- Acts as the key party to handle eCommerce operations for the brand of National Geographic Apparel
- Research and analyse market trends and consumer insights to drive business sales to align with company strategies.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing strategies and campaigns with the internal team;
- Analyze the online sales performance and roll out effective digital marketing activities and promotions to reach sales targets;
- Work closely with various internal and external parties, including Korea headquarter, Marketing team, Graphic Designer, agency, and 3PL, etc.;
- Prepare sales, traffic, promotion reports, and competitor analysis regularly;
- Assist ad-hoc projects if needed;
Who is our right fit?
- University graduate with at least 3 years’ experience in E-commerce or any other related industry is preferred;
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal communication skills, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy and ability to process and analyse data;
- Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Energetic, proactive, self-motivated, think out of the box and able to work fast-paced working environment;
- Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
