We are looking for someone with:
- University degree preferable in Economy/Financial planning/Investment/Insurance or relevant subjects
- Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance industry, preferable with distribution channels/training and coaching/project management
- Previous experience with agency training and/or event management and/or recruitment is a plus
- Curious, open-minded, self-motived, can-do altitude, fast learner, team player
- Good communication and negotiation skills, fluence in written and oral Chinese (mandarin and Cantonese) is a plus.
On the job you will:
- Be a key contributor in MCV team in MCV talent recruitment and development, MCV recruitment profiles design, enhancement and assessment.
- MCV Talents visa renewal.
- MIS support.
- MCV SME when facing agency force and internal departments.
