Job Requirements

• At least 3 years relevant experience in Automotive industry is preferred
• Degree holder
• Professional Qualification on Automotive (Certificate - TS16949, IATF 16949:2016, VDA 6.3 Internal Auditor)
• Leadership: Manage customer expectation
• Good command of Korean, English and Chinese (Writing, Reading & Speaking)
• Station in Korea

Responsibilities:

• Handle project stage of quality
• Keep a good communication with Korea custmer and can clear understand customer voice and accurate forward customer information to China team
• Follow up all relevant quality issues of A sample to D sample including customer's actually application of the motor and motor test mothed
• If Korea cusotmer demand then the Korea engineer needs to arrive on site at the first time to support on site quality analysis and let customer calm down
• Be accuntable to PPAP documents review/checking as per customer requirement, any issue raised by customer then need a quick response and contact with SJ project team until PPAP was approved by customer
• Handle production quality
• Act as a Korean customer contact window for production product quality plus field warranty issues
• Respond to customer complaints with on-site customer visit for problem verification within 24 hours then communicate with Shajin /Jiangxi plant
• Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems including the engagement of external resources as required in terms of manpower and testing equipment. if customer asking a sorting activity on site then you must communicate with China team and after getting authrization freom leader of China team to follow up sorting activity
• Present plant analysis report / 8D report to customers till 8D closed
• Regular follow up with both customers and plant quality until closure
• Assist in training plant quality for specific customer portal or communication platform. Train others in all aspects of the customers quality system and application
• Provide daily huddle notes and monthly reporting per agreed KPIs
