The Group principally engages in the sourcing, designing, wholesaling, trademark licensing and retailing of a variety of gold and platinum jewellery and gem-set jewellery products, with a total of over 3,460 points of sale worldwide. The Group will continue to identify new business opportunities in the international markets in response to its corporate vision, “Brand of Hong Kong, Sparkling the World”.
How You Will Do It:
- Responsible for developing and managing all aspects of the training and development initiatives for all levels
- To communicate with senior management to formulate training goals and strategies
- Manage the delivery, quality, and cost of training programs
- Design, develop and execute various training programs to enhance staff’s knowledge and skill in selling, customer service and product knowledge
- Conduct post-training evaluation to ensure effectiveness, applicability and continuous improvement of training programs
- Manage training administration and exercise budgetary control
What we look for:
- Degree holder in Training, Human Resources Management, Psychology or other related discipline
- At least 10 years of experience in training and development with minimum 5 years in supervisory level and preferably have experience in retail industry
- Strong analytical, facilitation and training delivery skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficient in Chinese word processing and MS application software, including PowerPoint
