Client Details

Description

• Guideline Collaboration: Partner with external consultants and internal teams to establish and uphold CSR/ESG guidelines.
• Metrics and Targets: Set and monitor CSR/ESG metrics and targets, encouraging knowledge sharing among business units.
• Advisory Role: Advise business units and support cross-group sustainability initiatives.
• Annual Reporting: Compile and prepare the Sustainability report.
• Risk Management: Identify and address CSR/sustainability risks and opportunities.

Profile

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management, Corporate Sustainability, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience, with a strong background in sustainability practices of international sustainability standards and guidelines, preferably in listed companies.
• Reporting Skills: Proven experience in managing annual sustainability reports.
• Skill Set: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, project management, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
