Founded in 2014 and licensed by Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong since 2015, we are the only licensed and independently owned financial products wholesale platform in Hong Kong with Singapore presence. Facilitated by our advanced SaaS capabilities, we provide a full suite of Structured Product services exclusively to Multi-Family Offices, External Asset Managers, Securities Houses and Private Banks in Asia Pacific and Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve client acquisition targets by building a pipeline of prospective clients who are interested in products and services offered by the company;
  • Achieve sales revenue targets set for Goldhorse in-house product solutions;
  • Achieve users targets on Extramile WEB and APP across institutions and individuals;
  • Manage and deepen existing client relationships with the support from other departmental colleagues and management to ensure that clients’ needs are satisfied, and that client retention/repurchase rate can be maximized;
  • Respond and address swiftly to client inquiries related to all functionalities associated with the Extramile WEB and APP;
  • Handle client account opening, due diligence checks, KYC procedures and contracting in a professional manner;
  • Identify cross-sales and client referral revenue opportunities for other subsidiaries of the Group;
  • Establish and maintain good partnerships with sell-side issuers; identify new ways to win business together and to better service Goldhorse’s clients;
  • Promptly inform IT to address system’s bugs; take ownership to ensure quality and timely delivery of any client specific system’s enhancement requirements;
  • Prepare, track and communicate invoices to clients on a regular interval as instructed;
  • Strictly adhere to internal policy procedures and relevant regulations;
  • Perform ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 10+ years of working experience in financial industry, preferably a structured product salesperson covering private banks, brokerage firms, EAMs and other licensed corporations in an investment bank;
  • Strong global market sales experience with exposure to various structured products;
  • Knowledge of FIX API connectivity as well as private markets investments, such as PE, VC etc is an advantage;
  • Demonstrated ability to stay focus and energized when meeting, talking and listening to new people;
  • Client-centric, self-starter, business acumen, drive-to-success, attention-to-details and can-do attitude;
  • Commitment to a dynamic, entrepreneurial and results oriented culture;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus;
  • Good team player with ability to work efficiently in an independent manner.
