Our client is one of the largest commercial banks in Hong Kong providing a wide range of banking services to a diverse customer base. They are looking for a Project Manager with hands-on experience in leading office relocation and renovation projects for their banking premises.

Job Duties

  • Oversee the whole project lifecycle for office relocation including setting up objectives, budgeting, resource allocation, cost control and risk management
  • Accountable for project governance, encompassing the tender process, cost management, and internal approval procedures
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to supervise vendors and onsite consultants' performance
  • Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders and business representatives by
  • internal project meetings with business representatives, relevant parties, and procurement stakeholders
  • Monitor and manage project costs effectively
  • Maintain all project documentation and data for auditing purposes
  • Promote green initiatives and sustainability in retail branches renovation projects

Job Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of work experience in facilities management or office maintenance
  • Prior experience in managing office relocation and/or office renovation projects in the banking industry is required
  • In-depth knowledge of utilities and essential services such as electricity, water, Internet, equipment and servers
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese
