Job Description：

• Assist in the production planning, scheduling, and control of solar power generation and electric vehicle charging engineering projects to ensure timely and smooth product delivery.
• Oversee the production process of solar and electric vehicle charging equipment to ensure product quality standards are met.
• Collect and analyze production data, and propose improvements to enhance the production efficiency of solar and electric vehicle charging equipment.
• Train and guide the technical personnel in the production workshop to enhance the team's professional skills.
• Maintain effective communication with the R&D, procurement, and quality departments to coordinate and resolve problems in the production process.
• Track production progress and submit detailed production status reports to management.

Job Requirements:

• University bachelor's degree or above
• 5+ years of production management experience in electrical systems or electric vehicle charging equipment
• Familiar with the production process, quality control, and equipment maintenance of electrical systems and electric vehicle charging equipment
• Possess production planning, data analysis, and problem-solving skills, as well as good communication and coordination abilities
• Proficient in the operation and production process of electromechanical equipmen
