Responsibilities:

• Report to the Executive Director, oversee and manage the operations of Hong Kong, Mainland and overseas laboratories.
• Improve operations and financial performance.
• Develop strategy and set goals for growth.
• Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure the proper and effective allocation of resources to maximize company objectives.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities.
• Establish alliances and partnerships with other organizations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Science or Engineering related disciplines.
• At least 15-20 years solid experience in Testing and Certification industry.
• Mature problem solving, communications and leadership skills.
• Proactive in taking responsibilities, able to be multi-task and meet tight deadline.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Putonghua.
• Good report writing skill.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Frequent travelling.
