Job Description and Responsibilities:

1. Sales data analysis and support management: Regularly collect and analyze sales data, including sales revenue, customer numbers, order volumes, etc., to provide decision support for management and help sales teams identify potential sales opportunities and improvement spaces;
2. Provide necessary support to the sales team, including answering customer questions, processing customer orders, coordinating logistics transportation, etc., to ensure that customers have a satisfactory purchasing experience;
3. Internal coordination: Maintain close communication with sales, marketing, product and other departments, coordinate resources, and ensure the smooth progress of sales activities
4. Assist major clients in providing solution support and follow-up;
5. Assist in monthly customer payment follow-up and data processing;
6. Assist in organizing and signing external contracts.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, graduates in foreign trade, international economics and trade, economic management, logistics management and other related majors are preferred;
2. Having over 3 years of work experience in the fields of express delivery and market expansion, and understanding the process of connecting with customers and contract procedures;
3. Have certain ability to write proposals and be familiar with market promotion for government, exhibition, and business users;
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proactive, responsible, patient and meticulous, good language communication skills and strong written expression ability, strong organizational and coordination skills, as well as the ability to formulate and execute plans.

崗位職責：

1. 銷售資料分析及支持管理：定期收集和分析銷售數據，包括銷售額、客戶數量、訂單量等，為管理層提供決策支援，並幫助銷售團隊識別潜在的銷售機會和改進空間；
2. 為銷售團隊提供必要的支持，包括解答客戶疑問、處理客戶訂單、協調物流運輸等，確保客戶獲得滿意的購買體驗；
3. 內部協調：與銷售、市場、產品等部門保持密切溝通，協調資源，確保銷售活動的順利進行；
4. 協助大客戶解決方案支持跟進；
5. 協助每月的客戶回款跟進及資料處理；
6. 協助處理對外的契约梳理及簽署。

任職要求：

1. 具有學士及以上學位，外貿、國際經濟與貿易、經濟管理、物流管理等相關專業畢業者優先；
2. 具有從事過快遞快運以及市場拓展等相關領域工作3年以上工作經驗，瞭解接入客戶的流程及契约流程；
3. 具有一定的方案撰寫能力，熟悉對政府、展會、商企用戶的市場推廣；
4. 較强的溝通和人際交往能力，積極主動，認真負責，耐心細緻，良好的語言溝通能力及較强的文字表達能力，有較强的組織協調能力及計畫製定、執行能力。
