Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, deliver quality improvement programmes and specific improvement projects in enhancing quality assurance performance on maintenance works and controls
• Support the just culture promotion programmes and events for integrating and cascading quality assurance culture into the asset maintenance departments
• Establish and conduct means of measurements in understanding and reporting on the level of quality assurance performance
• Coordinate and communicate with supervisory and frontline maintenance staff in gathering continuous feedback to strengthen and fine-tune the quality assurance programmes and activities
• Champion the development and execution of learning through a structured learning process for enhancing quality assurance behaviour
• Maintain effective communication with asset maintenance departments in striving for improvement on quality assurance matters

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• A minimum of 8 years’ relevant working experience in quality assurance or asset management of a large-scale organisation, preferably gained in transportation industry, of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
• Possession of membership of a relevant professional institute is preferred
• Relevant experience in quality assurance-related training activities, including development of quality assurance system and promotional campaigns/ events in instilling quality assurance culture is an advantage
