What you’ll do
The Head of Supply Chain will oversee the strategic and operational aspects of the supply chain function in Hong Kong. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement, vendor management, and logistics operations to support the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Vendor Management

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure the best value and service quality.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Logistics and Operations

• Oversee the logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Optimize inventory levels to balance cost and service requirements.
• Implement best practices in warehousing and distribution.

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.

Risk Management

• Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain.
• Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions.

Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance to senior management.

Key qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the corporate real estate or facilities management industry is a plus.
