Currently, we are looking for capable candidates.

Responsibilities:

• To work cross with respective departments to review current business and operational processes to identify process gaps and execute improvement plans to resolve quality issues.
• To support the development of standard processes.
• To assist in implementation of improvement programs (e.g., ISO Programs, Time Measurement, ESG…etc.)
• To perform inspection on business/operational processes (analyzing key performance indicators) and follow up on corrective actions
• Other duties as assigned by the Assistant General Manager – Process and Quality Assurance

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• 2 years of working experience in the logistics or shipping industry is preferred but not essential.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
• Good PC skills (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and etc.)
