Fairview Park is a thriving suburban community of over 5,000 houses surrounding a commercial town centre in Yuen Long. Fairview Park Property Management Limited seeks high caliber candidate for the following position:

Responsibilities:

• To report to Head of Maintenance and Projects in following scope of duties:
• To manage and oversee various kinds of estate maintenance projects in our estate including overhaul, roads, water, drainage and repair works for public utilities;
• To prepare and control budget for maintenance projects;
• To assist in the formulation of company policies in relation to the area of maintenance and projects;
• To prepare progress reports of maintenance projects timely;
• To work closely with consultant so as to meet projects deadline, and to control costs.
• To supervise and monitor the quality of outputs performed by contractors, and to maintain workable relationship with them;
• To communicate and respond to residents’ enquires about progress of the projects;
• To attend meetings of Residents Committees as well as to brief members on the progress of the projects;
• To maintain communications with government departments and service providers.

Requirements:

• Degree holder of Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Building Surveying, or equivalent;
• Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in civil and building industry;
• Hands-on site management experience in maintenance projects;
• High sense of honesty and proficient in people management;
• Good PC knowledge in Word, Excel, AutoCAD;
• Good command of English and Chinese;
• Holder of Hong Kong driving license is preferred;
