The global headquarters of Big Tree Cloud Group is in Hong Kong, and the main operating entity is HONGKONG PLOUTOS INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED. The Chinese headquarters is set up in Shenzhen, and the domestic operating company is Guangdong Dashuyun Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Have an in-depth understanding of the company's business, financial situation and strategic positioning, effectively summarize the company's highlights, and output clear promotional content externally;
  2. Organize and coordinate the drafting and release of annual/semiannual reports and announcements; draft businessperformance information manuscripts, such as PPTs, press releases, etc., to deliver company information in a timely manner; manage investor communication channels, including the official IR webpage, IR email addresses, phone numbers, official accounts, etc.;
  3. Assist the company to complete the placement, convertible bonds, debt issuance and other fund-raising activities;
  4. Assist the secretary of the board of directors to coordinate and maintain the relationship with regulatory authorities and intermediary institutions, to ensure that the company's related work is carried out as scheduled;
  5. Complete regular/irregular stock price analysis, investor Q&A and other written reports according to the company's situation and capital market hotspots;
  6. Prepare high quality press releases to ensure information is accurate and compliant with NASDAQ disclosure requirements. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Finance, Legal, Marketing, etc.) to ensure accuracy and compliance of the press release content;
  7. Explore the enterprise investment value, write enterprise value analysis articles and IR reports; pay attention to industry dynamics hotspots, corporate information, current affairs and news, etc., to cooperate with the company's business needs; produce and review the project-related paperwork and materials;
  8. Be responsible for the permanent investment projects of listed companies, as well as preparation of the bidding plans of restructuring, M&A, refinancing and other special projects; track and research the policy trend with respect to refinancing, the exchange, the company's business and customers, and regularly output research results through articles and other forms;
  9. Be responsible for the program communication and planning of customer performance meetings, roadshows, conferences and other project activities, and assist the executive department to control the process;
  10. Be responsible for the writing of regular and final project reports.
  11. Track the daily movement of enterprises, dig out new demands, and transform them into solutions.
  12. Be responsible for the budget cost management for annual PR planning, etc.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, journalism or other related fields;
  2. More than 5 years of relevant experience in finance or securities industry, with rich experience in PR/IR projects for listed companies;
  3. Strong writing skills, good at communication and expression, clear logic, summarizing habit, strong enthusiasm for learning new things and strong research ability;
  4. Familiar with the capital market and PR and IR work of listed companies, keeping track of policy changes of listed companies' regulation and information disclosure, able to skillfully read financial reports, and considerably sensitive to policies and the market;
  5. Proficient in office software, and good at PPT and EXCEL;
  6. Responsible, self-driven, strong stress tolerance, etc.
