Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets for our digital asset services, with a specific focus on institutional solutions, including custody, trading and other services.
  • Identify and target potential institutional clients, including crypto funds, financial institutions (FIs), professional investors (PIs), family offices, and other crypto institution investors, with the aim of expanding customer base.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their needs and delivering customized solutions that address their specific requirements.
  • Conduct persuasive presentations and demonstrations of our services to prospective clients, effectively highlighting the unique advantages and features of our institutional offerings.
  • Assist supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our institutional services, including client onboarding, account setup, and ongoing account management.
  • Provide ongoing support to institutional clients utilizing our custody, trading and other services, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and implement effective account management strategies for institutional clients utilizing our institutional services, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, preferably within the financial services or digital asset industry.
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and digital asset custody is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets, demonstrating exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships, with a keen understanding of client needs and the ability to propose tailored solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, coupled with the flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
