Business Function
Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities - Lead and manage the team to conduct periodic reviews and timely respond to triggered events to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines

• Provide strategic direction, guidance and support to the team and ensure the efficient and effective completion of CDD reviews
• Identify and mitigate potential risk, provide insights and recommendations to enhance the CDD processes
• Cultivate and maintain a positive, collaborative and productive work environment and a culture of continuous improvement
• Evaluate and enhance work standards and processes to optimize quality, efficiency and compliance
• Stay up-to-date on the regulatory requirements and industry trends, proactively monitoring evolving risk and requirements

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, finance, or a related discipline

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in banking industry, with a proven track record of success in managing a sizeable team and implementing related CDD measures to mitigate the risk of the bank
• In-depth understanding of CDD regulations and best practices, including the AML/CFT and KYC requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior management, regulatory authorities, and collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate CDD risks and make sound decisions
• Excellent command of English and Cantonese, with strong written and verbal communication in both languages
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel & Powerpoint
• Professional qualification of CAMS or equivalent is a plus
