Responsibilities:

• Lead the custody operations team in the regulated virtual asset (“VA”) exchange, responsible for the VA listing, cash operations and VA operations;
• Attract institutional clients for the exchange to promote the exchange's B2B business growth;
• Liaise with the regulator and the compliance team to ensure the exchange is compliance with internal and external rules and SFC regulations;
• Assist the exchange to obtain the full VATP license, including replying SFC requests and preparing SFC onsite inspections.

Requirements:

• Current RO 1 holder preferred;
• Experiences of working in a VATP exchange preferred;
• Regulated Activities or passed the HKSI Licensing Examination preferred;

Meet at least one of the following criteria:

• At least 3 years of managing and supervising securities dealing experience and with experience in dealing in virtual asset
• Responsible for overall business and operations of virtual asset dealing or brokerage business (at least 3 years)
• Responsible for the trading function of virtual asset dealing or brokerage business(at least 3 years)
• Manage / supervise electronic FX trading business (at least 3 years)
• Manage / supervise trading or dealing business involving FX or exotic products (at least 3 years)
• Strong knowledge of and interest in virtual assets;
• Good understanding of the virtual asset regulatory environment in Hong Kong;
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Bachelor degree or above;
• Ability to work under pressure, with strong analytical, interpersonal skills, independent and detail-minded;
