About Our Client

Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company, they are looking for 2 Marketing Managers for 2 drugs separately. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing strategic marketing initiatives for their product portfolio, your insights into the marketplace and focus on patient needs will drive the brand's success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product strategies to enhance market presence in the assigned therapy area
• Build and maintain relationship with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to promote advocacy for therapy area and responsible products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet the sales target and increase market share
• Engage with external stakeholders to create a supportive ecosystem for patients
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and therapy area
• Monitor performance metrics and manage the advertising and promotion budget
• Adapting digital content to meet local needs

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder in any discipline
• 2-4 years experience in marketing, preferably in pharmaceutical company
• Good command in both spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong communication, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders
