Our subsidiary, Goodwill Management Limited (PMC licence (C-874426)), continuously dedicates to providing excellent and valued-added property management services for our landlords and customers and now invites high caliber candidates for the position of :-

• Degree holder in Building Services Engineering or related discipline
• Holder of professional qualification preferred (e.g. HKIE, CIBSE etc.)
• Holder of Registration Certificate of Electrical Worker (Grade B or above)
• Minimum 10 years' in building maintenance of shopping arcade or commercial building, with 5years' supervisory experience inclusive
• Lead the technical team to carry out routine and preventive maintenance
• Proficiency in both written Chinese and English
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
