THE COMPANY :

• We are a property owner and investor focused on office buildings in Hong Kong
• Our portfolio includes several blocks of office buildings and multiple office premises in Hong Kong.
• We are seeking ASSISTANT LEASING MANAGER with details as follows :

THE JOB :- Report directly to the General Manager.

• Perform comprehensive leasing activities for company-owned properties, focusing on office buildings
• Handle new lettings and tenancy renewals, including marketing, tenancy administration, and negotiations with property agents, potential clients, and tenants.
• Review and implement marketing plans to maximize leasing opportunities.
• Build relationships with potential new tenants and provide professional leasing services to drive occupancy rates.
• Supervise 1-2 Leasing Officers
• Degree holder.
• 5+ years of experience in property leasing, tenancy administration, or property management.
• Experience in office buildings is a significant advantage.
• Experience on the landlord side is highly preferred.
• Managerial level experience is a plus, not a must
• Strong ability to build and enhance relationships with potential new tenants to drive occupancy rates.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing.
• 5 days work
