Responsibilities:

• Handle the marketing and leasing matters of high class OFFICE premises of Times Square

• Formulate and implement leasing strategy, handle negotiation and conclusion of tenancies

• Maintain excellent relationship with tenants and real estate agents

• Analyze market trends as well as prepare budget forecast and report

  Requirements:

• University graduates or equivalent in real estate or related disciplines

• At least 3 years' solid experience in property leasing, preferably in office premises

• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua

• Proficient in MS applications

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer
